Not Available – 5 Aces

The Hamburg-based label LAST EXIT MUSIC is continuing the reissue series of the “German Skate Punk Pioneers”, this time with the fourth NOT AVAILABLE album “5 Aces” from 2007.

Founded in 1992, NOT AVAILABLE are still active in 2021 and are often mentioned in the same breath as VENEREA, SATANIC SURFERS or NO FUN AT ALL when it comes to the most popular bands of the genre in Europe. The guys from Baden-Württemberg have left themselves six years since the previous work “V8”. Six years in which you can finally process what you have experienced on the numerous tours at home and abroad; six years to practice adult matters. And six years to work on “5 Aces”, which after hearing it for the first time turns out to be a real stroke of luck. The songs have matured without despising the classic trademark sound. Songs that stick right in the ear and have since become an integral part of every concert: “Get Out”, “New Lubberland” or “Cerveza” sung in Spanish. By the way, “5 Aces” was the first NOT AVAILABLE album that was also released in Japan. Now the 14 songs have been pressed onto colored vinyl for the first time ever.
